Amanda helped us sell our home in Florida. From the very first phone call she was enthusiastic, responsive and extraordinarily helpful. In addition to listing our home, Amanda provided her expertise in staging our home, to include loaning us some items to perk things up to make our home more saleable such as lamps, bookshelf items and a couple of bedding items. By the time we were ready for photos for the listing we felt like our home looked like a model home. She sponsored a number of open houses, which we were told by previous realtors never usually sell the home, but that is exactly how our home sold - through an open house. The house was under contract in 60 days (a month earlier than average time on market). We truly appreciated the assistance provided by Amanda. She is fantastic!
