Horrible Results and experience! Initially we were excited because Akevia sounds very knowledgeable and she’s a kind person but what she told us was very misleading. Although it states in the agreement that results may vary she never told us that sending out letters and disputing could possibly drop our scores significantly. My husband and I were applying for an apartment and couldn’t get approved because of the drop in our score due to her service .She never told us the warnings of what could happen and never explained the consequences of disputing. She even told me that she could get my husbands score to 700 but Instead his score is now a low 513. We also received letters stating that Akevias credit repair service is claiming fraud and identity theft on our behalf to our creditors which we gave her no permission to do that . We don’t condone these false statements. We asked for help cleaning up our credit but she caused us more problems.If I knew all she was going to do was dispute with letters I would’ve never paid $1,000.00 . We would’ve just kept paying the debt off as we were .Please be cautious and learn the pros and cons before paying your hard earned money on these services . Do your research and ask more questions !

I had the absolute worst experience from my taxes to the apartment approval package. The communication from beginning to end was absolutely horrible. I should’ve took that as a sign but she had amazing reviews so I thought it was a slow start but honey it all went down hill. I was given different refund amounts until I had to reach out for clarification and then my taxes was processed as a check instead of direct deposit as I requested. The person who processed my taxes had no remorse she just basically said I’ll get a check so that’s that. THEN my apartment package POC was the worst business POC in the world. I would literally have to write in the group text with the business owner in order to get a reply from the girl. I would text her repeatedly and no response until the group text. Then she NEVER sent me any proof that she submitted my application after she told me she would. It took MONTHS to get a “response” from the apartment so she “said” she refunded my application but till this day the damn girl never sent me my money. She gave me the run around day after day..oh next week cause my job then the next week come I HAD TO REACH OUT and she’s like I was tired I’ll send it tomorrow. Lmao as a business owner who tells your client oh I’m tired I’ll send your money tomorrow like WHAT and she still didn’t send it the next day so I called it a loss. I’m not chasing you down about my money. Karma is a….so I’ll let Karma handle her. I lost $850 smdh I would absolutely not recommend one soul to this business.
