I went to OMG nails for the first Time on September 3rd I was only going to get a manicure with a dip for my nails they ended up talking me into getting a pedicure as well. My nails turned out very well, until 3 days later when my thumb nail broke off, and then a few days later a couple other nail started chipping. I tried calling but couldn't get through. And I finally got an appointment on Saturday September 19th. Neeless to say they were not the owner was very rude I was told when I called that I would get a discount that did not happen I ended up having three people do my after all said and done I ended up paying $45 for my nails I will never go back to that place again

The woman that did my nails was friendly enough but kept trying to convince me to get an upcharged service or add on my entire appointment. She then made my big toe bleed (to be fair, she apologized) and then asked me if I wanted a little flower added to my big toe, which I let her do and then found out with the bill was an additional $5 (I should have known I guess). I was then expected to leave a tip, which I did not (I was already paying $50 for a pedicure with regular polish and a little flower add on) and felt looked down on for not doing so. I do not plan to go back.
