1 out of 5 stars because I can’t give zero for 4 different bad experiences i’ve had here. Every-time, it’s the same woman who sits in the front right chair (the shortest worker). She’s always been very pushy, rough on your hands, gets acrylic on your fingers, and for some reason always wants to argue and make a scene about things. There’s been a couple times where the manager has had to come up and talk to her for different reasons. She has overpriced me and my friends nails many times and I will not be coming back if I ever get her again. My nails started chipping 30 minutes after I got them done and I didn’t even get what I asked for. I have never had issues with any of the others workers and have left happy with others. I truly do not think that this salon is overall bad, it really is just the one woman who’s made issues multiple times. I got french almonds and asked for chrome on top, but yet again this did not go over well with her and I didn’t get an entire color I asked for and showed to her. I paid 67 for french tips where I would normally pay 55. Today I did not tip and then also was treated poorly. she’s made my friend cry from being so mean. Again, I will not deal with this again.
