the insurance world…plans, deductible, coinsurance, Co-pays, vocabulary and price$ are created to be so very confusing-even to an English speaking, college educated human. matt was so VERYveryVery helpful to assist myself & 18 yr old daughter signUp for BCBS medical, delta dental plan & vision. we had 2 phone mtgs, which was a fairly easy process.
