I first came across Sam through his very informative TikTok series of reviewing floorplans from all local builders. We have built before in NZ so had a general idea of the process but no local knowledge.Wow - Sam stands out as one of the most knowledgeable and driven people I have come across. I trusted him implicitly from our first meeting.From the start he kept us incredibly well informed and always followed up a conversation with an email summary which is fantastic to ensure nothing gets missed and you always have something to go back on. Something others in this industry could learn from, communication can be terrible.We have come across some slow administration and mistakes with the builder themselves, however Sam was very quick to jump in and help resolve quickly. I cant recommend Sam enough. I wouldn't do this again with any other person.

Me and my partner are currently building with Sam. It’s been a really great experience so far! We have just gotten the slab laid.Sam has been excellent, really communicative and honest - anything that’s come up, he has gone above and beyond to resolve or find an alternative solution.For example, we lost our first plot of land (no fault of ours or Sam’s team), but Sam was able to secure us a new block of land within a week or two, which was even better, and cheaper. It was perfect timing!Very grateful for Sam’s work so far and we look forward to working together in the future for property #2!!
