First visit today and I was really impressed. The girls have created such a welcoming atmosphere and the instruction was spot on. They definitely know how to make you work, but with plenty of laughs along the way. Highly recommend!

I have attended both Hot Mat Reformer and Yoga classes here and have loved them, there is a great variety of classes for different strengths and I love the instructors, they provide great flow with many layers.
