I had been eyeing the rates for a while for a VAIRRRL. I tried my current mortgage company, USAA, and a previous mortgage company from a past home. They all had too many fees to make the recoup cost timeline worth it for us. I got a cold call from Juan who seemed really genuine and was a veteran also. I then mostly worked with Sal for the rest of my process and he was amazing! He was attentive and very flexible with my schedule and communication preferences. There was a mistake in some paperwork and Sal was all over it and worked hard to get me the best product! I will definitely be reaching out to work with him again if rates fall enough or for other loan needs in the future! I will refer my family and friends to Sal and I appreciate his efforts to help me and my family!

This place is very professional for a brokerage No funny business or shady deals. Of course your experience will depend on the individual you work with. This comes from an EX employee who worked here. The ownership of the compony is not out of touch which is refreshing and rare. If you plan on working here give it a go they are great and give you everything you need to succeed. But just know being a broker is VERY difficult 90% are not cut out including me.

I have to be real honest, I know a lot of great lenders, but I have never had one that worked like Andrew Thwaney at Dynagen lending does. I have worked with him on a few extreme nail biter deals and he has come through in a way that I and my clients appreciate. My clients think I’m top notch because of his work ethic. I know my case was a little more difficult than others but after almost three months it finally close!I would of preferred to got one big loan payed off, but they told me it didn’t show up on my credit report, well it should of been paid off, since I had shown them the statement!Was disappointed for that matter!!

He worked very hard on our refinance cash -out and did keep in touch daily to keep us updated until closing . I highly recommend Brian Donovan and Dynagen .
