Previously I had left a good review, that night after the work was done we noticed several long gouges all over the windshield that are deep enough to feel with you nail. We went just to discuss the matter and see if we could resolve it easily. From the very beginning he was very defensive and immediately denied it could have even possibly have happened there. He was completely unreasonable about the whole thing even though we know the windshield was not previously damaged. Be warned the he sited a waver on the paperwork they have you sign making them not responsible for the damages they cause. Originally we were more concerned about making him aware more than anything but he just responded with hostility a claimed to be the best in the county.

They did a good job on my Honda CRV I will say that. Make sure that there’s a clear understanding of the price before you turn your car over to them because it cost me an extra hundred dollars to get my car back.

Edwin is amazing with his skills set. He made my 2014 Prius look better than when I drove it off the lot brand new. I thought I needed a whole new paint job. I had so many scratches on my car I was embarrassed to drive it. I had even tried to cover up the scratches myself with touch up paint from dealer. I just made them worse. Sad to say by the time I was through my car looked like a child was finger painting it.Someone recommended just to get it buffed and washed. I couldn't see how that would help my car. NorthWest Auto Spa was recommended. Edwin was very professional. He looked at my car and Explained what it needed and he gave me a quote. He even got me right in the next day. I was shocked when I saw my car. He really took good care of me and delivered what we discussed. It's better than even I imagined. No more hard water stains, scratches or dull paint.
