I would definitely be weary of sending your keepsakes. While I am very patient, the process has taken over a year. My finished piece came with a large hair in it and had to be sent back, and I waited from the end of December until May to get it back. The hair is still visible which is disappointing.

Communication was good throughout the process and I ended up opting for bookends. They arrived after about six months (as expected) and were honestly worth every penny!!
