I felt welcomed and comfortable to talk about my issues and as someone who was a little nervous about treatment I really didn't need to be. wonderful experience and booked to go back 😊

highly recommended jo ... I was told by a doctor I had a frozen shoulder well after 2 sessions with Jo I can move my shoulder alot more n in alot less pain also I didn't go in for my hips but jo noticed I was in pain with my hips so she worked wonders with them aswell definitely going back to jo if I have any more pain x
