The process was smooth from day one: great communication in person and over email from our project manager Sam, completion of key milestones on schedule, and best of all — no surprises in terms of cost or project scope growth, even when we needed to find work-around solutions. The icing on the cake was definitely Sam's can-do approach, and his round-the-clock service and communication: regularly texting and calling out of hours during the week and on weekends. We hired the k&b company to renovate an old 1980’s apartment. It included two outdated bathrooms, a new laundry space, as well as a nonexistent kitchen space from an office outfit. Sam, our project manager/builder co-ordinated the trades team very well. He is very customer focused and recommended a number of items that we had previously not considered.
