The team from KBC were amazing! They came out and discussed everything with us and sent us a quote. We got another quote that was cheaper but we felt really confident with Sam and the team so went ahead with them. We are so happy we did. They deserve their ongoing 5 stars. We had 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets renovated by Sam and his team. They did an amazing job. Superb finish, great workmanship and excellent service. The whole job was done in just under 5 weeks, which was a lot faster than what we expected.What I really liked, is that Sam and his team consulted us each step of the reno and asked us whether we were happy with some aspects of the design. They would call us, text us and video-conference when required - and this made a huge difference in the end product. Sam and his team were super responsive to any of our questions and very professional.Everything was completed within the original budget and we couldn’t be happier with the end product. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

We are first home owners and engaged K&B to renovate the dated kitchen in our federation era cottage; our experience working with the team was excellent. The process was smooth from day one: great communication in person and over email from our project manager Sam, completion of key milestones on schedule, and best of all — no surprises in terms of cost or project scope growth, even when we needed to find work-around solutions. The icing on the cake was definitely Sam's can-do approach, and his round-the-clock service and communication: regularly texting and calling out of hours during the week and on weekends. The kitchen is fabulous and we hope to use them again in the future.
