Did a great job. Was punctual and polite and even came down to the marina to pick up and drop off my bench. Was told he would get back to me by Wednesday with details but instead called Monday with the job completed. Absolutely a great experience. Frank was amazing! I contacted him through an online submission and received very quick feedback. He was incredibly responsive to all my follow-up questions. Initially, I planned to drop off my car since the job takes 3–4 hours, but when my plans changed and I couldn't make it, Frank went above and beyond. He drove to my place, took the seat cover back to his shop to fix it, brought it back, and reinstalled it right in my garage. The mobile service was outstanding and truly appreciated.
