We needed the following work completed for us: baseboards prepped and painted through multiple rooms on the main floor, French doors painted, family room painted (including crown molding, baseboards and ceiling) and most importantly our basement stairs repaired and painted.The basement was going to be the most difficult job as we had just had carpeting ripped up from them leaving the rough wood exposed with staple holes everywhere that needed repairing.Michael was extremely thorough with his quote and made sure we understood any challenges that could come with repairing the basement stairs (given the condition they were in and how much they could do to repair them).The crew who came in to work were extremely nice and very polite to our family. We left them to their own devices so they could completed the job without much interruption.Michael was always available to answer any questions we had about the process and to make sure we were happy with the work being done.Overall we are extremely happy with the quality of the work that was carried out and it really has made a huge difference in our house!
