Bree is so smart and an amazing person. We were referred by our kids. We were so lucky to have her as our realitor. We have made a new friend. She took us to look at several properties. Bree spent a lot of time with us. She really knows her stuff and the rules. She pin pointed very important details. She wasn’t to quick to sell us a house that we would later regret. She wanted to make sure it would be the perfect fit and she cared about our needs first. Bree cares deeply about her clients. I would trust her with any transaction. She is never pushy but will stand ip for her clients to get them the best deal. Thank you bree!!!you really did an excellent job!!! Now go get your figs!!!

Had the easiest and fastest time selling my mom’s home with Bree Sweet! She coordinated and scheduled everything which made selling a home from a different state a piece of cake. I had little to no stress because she was on top of everything. It really made the experience enjoyable knowing I was in very capable and experienced hands. Also knowing my mom’s home was being sold for true market value and not feeling like I needed to compromise at all. Thanks Bree!!

Between me and the rest of my family we have sold and bought many houses with Bree and her team. As everyone knows this can be a very stressful and difficult process. But I can honestly say I never felt that with Bree. The whole process was a fun and enjoyable experience. Communication is top notch you'll always know what's going on. Also something I very much appreciated is the care she has for her clients. You can tell when talking with her that she has your best interest at heart and she goes to prove that with her work ethic. Everything is very clear and straight to the point which has a business owner myself I very much appreciate. We went from newlyweds buying our first starter home with her years ago, to selling and now closing on our dream home. If I had to redo this process again we would choose to work with Bree Everytime and I suggest that you do too.

Bree was super helpful and informative for us as first time home buyers and we felt really confident throughout the process thanks to her expertise and guidance! She is quick to respond, has a clear communication style, and was a true ally as we navigated the market, negotiated a contract, and closed on a home.

Bree was an amazing with helping me purchase a home. I was buying from afar and she was able to do virtual walkthroughs with me. She was able to point out things that may have been missed through video alone. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Started out not too sure, but as the search progressed she did and excellent job of focusing in on the criteria I felt was important. Communicated through all stages very well. Spot on with her observations and her expertise really showed.

Bree is an amazing person and the most professional real estate person I have ever met.She went well above and beyond what I would expect of anyone. The circumstances surrounding the sale of the property were difficult to say the least and took two years of her time. Her due diligence and willingness to work with both parties was both dedicated and with integrity and forethought. I have never experienced such dedication to one’s job through the hardest of situations that one could imagine. Every time there was a roadblock she would find a way to remove that roadblock would figure something out.Being able to deal with two totally different personalities and needs put her in a situation that at the least was no less than one of the most challenging I feel that she has ever had to deal with. If you are in need of a realtor that is dedicated, loyal, insightful, and will do everything to make things work out, then Bree Sweet is the person for you. The best for sure!

Bree Sweet is an exceptional Real Estate Broker. She worked with us with a special listing that fit our needs. She made sure all paperwork was done properly and on time. She went above and beyond to help with our move from Eugene to another state. Besides that she is a great person with integrity. If we ever come back to Oregon she will differently be our realtor again.

Bree is great. I have no complaints, only good things to say about her. She is a very efficient, knowledgeable and sweet natured person. I very highly recommend her. She was not top of things and made sure everything was done on time. I needed early occupancy as my truck was arriving sooner than the closing date. She negotiated that with the sellers. She is very good at what she does.

I met Bree when I was in the middle of a transaction with a For Sale by Owner transaction. At the point that we had met I was certain the transaction was over. The lender said there was nothing else they could do. I called Bree after getting her number from one of her other clients. She immediately acting. She introduced me to her lender partner, Justin St. Clair -Summit Funding, and told him she needed to save this deal. I admit I was nervous and afraid I’d be out the home I so badly needed to purchase. Justin reviewed my details, Bree fixed the paperwork and resolved the sellers resistance (on several occasions) for the best possible outcome. We bought our home, on time, little out of pocket expense and best of all we walked into significant equity. I couldn’t recommend Bree and Justin enough. They saved my deal and went far beyond my expectations.

Bree was recommended to me by my seller's agents, Jason and Jennifer Phipps. My overall experience with eXp Realty was fantastic! From having multiple offers on my home within 24 hours of listing, to finding the right home for my family and I with Bree's help, it couldn't have gone any better! Bree was able to assist us in purchasing a wonderful home through these unprecedented times by being incredibly responsive and professional, giving video walk-throughs of homes we were interested in, and taking all of the necessary precautions when viewing homes in person. Based on Bree's recommendation, we had some amazing help along the way from Justin St Clair at Summit Funding, who handled all of our financing needs, and our wonderful Escrow Officer, Kristie Bonar, at Fidelity Title! She has been a wonderful contact and a tremendous help to us getting acclimated in the new area even after our purchase closed! I highly recommend Bree and company to anyone who is thinking about selling or buying a home!
