Dumpster rental seemed to go smooth until about a week after pick up. I was given a list from them of what would be additional fees (see the picture). The list expressly says CRT (Televisions and Computer Montiors). Silly me for thinking this actually mean CRT and not all Televisions and Computers Monitors, I put 5 LCD monitors in the dumpster and a week later I am now being billed an additional $175 for these montiors when the list clearly states CRT. I called and spoke to the manager who insisted that that is how the list comes from the transfer station so it isn't their problem and won't do anything to help. Got a call from one of the owners (Lukas) and he said it "sucks to be you"AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS THEY LIE AND ARE DECEPTIVE.

Top notch service, delivery, pickup, and communication. From the moment I reached out to Naples to the final pick-up, they were professional and so kind. The 15 yard dumpster was immaculate when it was dropped off, text messages were delivered before drop-off the day before and after, emails were timely. I just cannot say enough positive things about this company. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Thank you!

Great price for starters. Drop off and pick up were perfect times. I’d recommend Naples over any other companies for rentals. I’ll definitely be using them again.

All in all great experience- customer service was great, dumpster was more than enough for a good basement clean out! And the price was unbeatable. Would absolutely recommend!

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Danielle at scheduling/dispatch and the driver, Luis, were so accommodating and awesome. VERY refreshing after having to deal with local monopolies in my immediate area for years. Naples is how small business should be. A++++
