Very easy and accommodating. Had the dumpster for 2 weeks which was great. Was given a list of what could and can't be put in it and what would add extra charges. Would definitely use them again if needed. We will be putting our home up for sale and may need to get another one depending on how much we need to move

Naples Waste Removal was exceptional to work with! They were excellent communicators, professional and quite helpful. I was impressed with everyone that I interacted with, from “local corporate” to the delivery driver! I ordered a 10 yard bin..it was clean, front loading and was dropped off and picked up in a timely fashion. They took extra care protecting my asphalt driveway at drop off and pick-up. I called several other companies to comparison shop, and not only was Naples the best overall value, they were the most customer centric! I would 100% recommend Naples if you are in need of this type of residential service!

We had an awesome experience with Naples. Lou, our contact person, was amazing! Providing us with clear information, options, and answers to all our questions. Luis, the man dropping the dumpster off, was also very personable and precise! The texts, the emails, the process, all went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Naples to anyone looking into renting a dumpster.

Very professional, helped me when I had a problem with door. The only thing that could improve was to help choosing size of dumpster, even though I have some measurements. Otherwise good service
