I booked two cleaners and was quoted $260, and I even paid a deposit. They were supposed to arrive at 9:00 AM, but one of the cleaners showed up at 9:20. The estimate they gave me was around 2.75 hours. I asked how much it would cost if they stayed an extra hour, and they told me $45 — but they never mentioned that the $45 was per person.After they finished, they called me and said the additional hour would be $90 because it was $45 per cleaner. This was never communicated to me in advance.On top of that, they didn’t have any professional cleaning tools — just basic supplies — and I was not satisfied with the quality of work at all.I will never use this company again, and I definitely do not recommend them.
