We've been working with this company for 6+ years, very dependable and excellent communication. They do a wonderful job and have great attention to detail. Used to be great, but new owners, service has gone downhill, the cleaners seem to just be going through the motions, cancelled my service.

I was quite disappointed with the cleaning service provided. Despite my specific requests which included: cleaning the bathroom walls, baseboards in the bathrooms, light switches, door frames, door knobs, the outside of the microwave, and ensuring streak-free mirrors and windows, they missed all of the above. Additionally, the floors were still dirty and I don’t think they vacuumed because there was hair on the floors in the bathroom. Even after a revisit, the cleaning was still incomplete, as I noticed the bathroom walls were still not done and they said they didn’t have time to redo the floors. The floors were left in a very dirty state, requiring my own cleaning efforts. I appreciate that they deducted hours from the pay and were apologetic, however the overall experience did not meet my expectations of a thorough and meticulous cleaning service. I will not be using them again. Less
