Diego and his crew built our home in 2024, and as of December 2, it marked one full year of living in our home. As a new build, we were given one year to address interior issues and five years for exterior concerns. During that first year, I notified Diego of several issues that needed to be fixed.At the beginning, Diego was helpful and responsive. However, as time went on, his professionalism and communication declined significantly. He would schedule dates to come out and not show up, rarely followed through, and eventually stopped responding altogether. I had to reach out to our realtor and the company we purchased the home from just to get in contact with him, and even then, his responses were inconsistent.As a first-time homebuyer, this was frustrating. Many of the issues I brought up should have been completed correctly from the start, and I felt that knowing we only had a one-year window, the process was dragged out unnecessarily.Overall, working with this company from start to finish was not the experience we had hoped for.
