I've been working with Kav at AutofyInc. for a few months now, and it's been really helpful for my dealership.Honestly, I was drowning in paperwork before this. Between buying cars at auction, getting them reconditioned, and dealing with customers, the administrative side of running Hiru Auto was eating up way too much of my day doing the tasks I didn't want, so I figured I'd give it a shot.Kav's been great to work with. He actually listened to what I needed instead of just pitching services. Right now, his team is going through all my paper files and getting them into a digital system. They set up automation for my Facebook messages too, which has been nice since I was missing inquiries all the time.They're also working on a voice receptionist for us. Still in progress, but I'm looking forward to not having calls interrupt me constantly when I'm trying to focus on inventory decisions.If you're struggling with the same kind of stuff, might be worth checking them out.
