They gave me a milky white as opposed to a true white because that was the only white dip powder they had. So the receptionist justifies the charge that none of the many nail salons I visited charges. The receptionist is one's first impression of a business and I must say she is clueless about good customer service. Additionally, what properly functioning nail salon does not have a basic white dip powder in stock? Ridiculous. I got home and am so dissatisfied with my nails, my husband asks if I want to go get them done over somewhere else. I will definitely not be returning to this salon. Be careful of all these 5 star reviews you see for this business. They definitely did not provide me with 5 star service. Less

My finger has a deep cut and it’s still hurting. Praying it does not get infected lol. I think she found it hilarious. Also I paid for a fancy gel only to have all my nails chip within 3 days, and no, I don’t do anything to jeopardize them above the average person Less
