I really hate writing a bad review. I really do.Got french tip mani pedi for $95, so already way too expensive, and my nail beds are messy, and my skin is torn up. My feet are still red and raw. I have a cut on my big toe from the edge of the scrubber they used. I didn't realize how bad the scrape was until I got home and my foot was bleeding. Put peroxide on it and what do you know, it's infected. Polish chipped IMMEDIATELY when I got home and closed the door, literally adding insult to injury. Overall it was an insane waste of money. I'm not sure on how clean everything actually is so having an infected cut from them is scary. The girl that did my friend's full set was amazing, but she was nickel and dimmed for everything. I've never seen someone pay so much for a full set before. I can only assume the guy working on my manicure was rushing. I’m a nail biter so my hands weren’t in great shape. But my French tips are SUPER uneven on both fingers and toes, especially now that one finger chipped off. My friend got a color that dried to be orange instead of white, and the only offering they gave was for her to pay $15 extra for a color change. I will not go there EVER again. Nightmare. And my toe is killing me.

My sister went to remove just her gel polish today and they did a terrible job, she still has blue in her nails, they charged her $40 plus she felt pressured to tip. She never gets her nails done so she didn’t know what was normal to pay, she just removed the gel and the lady didn’t even add color at all. SCAMMED HER. They look terrible and she was too upset to even say anything. She’s not confrontational. They had her waiting an hour too. Never come here

I absolutely love getting my nails done there. Jenny and Trina are my favorite! They’re all good but those 2 know exactly what I like when it comes to cleaning my dead skin or pulling out my ingrown nails! Jenny is amazing for that! Let me tell you! She is not afraid, which I love! Trina is amazing especially when it comes to details! She is no joke, takes that very serious and always ask if you like it, and if not she will fix it until you do. That place in general is such a nice place to go and everyone is friendly.

If you need great service and you're in the Dino area this place is right off the freeway amazing customer service staff are so friendly and they listen to what you need and they can match your exact style they can give you exactly what you asked for while keeping quality at the highest there is no product left under my nails everything is very clean and looks amazing I feel like a million bucks walking out of there they take their time and do it right amazing place highly recommend

Wow love this place very clean style the staff are very friendly the spa pedicure is amazing I got a full set and a spa pedicure they really cleaned up my feet and my nails are so clean there is not a drop of any product on the underside of my nails very clean very nice I love them this place is the place to go if u want great service professional and amazing work
