UPDATED: 11/20/2025The ONLY unsatisfactory and the first experience of 2x rejection back and forth from USCIS as of October to November, 2025, was related to a staff name Briana--it's her incompetency of NOT doing her job with FULL and COMPLETE ATTENTION in UPDATING to DOUBLE check or TRIPLE check on EVERY UPDATED PAGE and UPDATED fees BEFORE the FINAL SUBMISSION to USCIS.This was related to Application forms on working permit. She used a page of old version , returned and rejected, and another separate rejection caused the wrong fees. USCIS is often CHANGING fees, forms and rules. DOUBLE CHECK the website FIRST before SUBMISSION. IT IS A MUST!This caused a toll of frustrations, delays to the applicant's working permit affecting her job. Briana didn't realized these are ALL very IMPORTANT to every client though it's all about Papers and Documentations ONLY. IT IS ALL ABOUT the IMPORTANCE of TIME and EFFICIENT RESULTS provided by the immigration firm to the client. It's NOT RELEVANT to Briana, she's NOT the one affected because she has her job at the immigration firm. USCIS STRICT basic rules and implementations on all forms, fees and corrections are SOMETHING NOT TO BE TAKEN LIGHTLY. PROMPT and IMMEDIATE DELIVERY of every client's packet is a MUST within a few days of RECEIPT which is crucial specially if the cases are to meet with deadlines. An applicant is running with TIME from USCIS with all kinds of issues involve to settle a status. NO DELAYS and ERROS jeopardizing the client's status CAUSED by unacceptable mistakes. Apologies accepted. The TRUST and DAMAGE is DONE with the staff-Briana.In my opinion, TRUST and PEACE of MIND maintained by the immigration firm with Zlata's guidance is relevant to her client. Zlata had apologized for these rejections representing the law firm.IF a staff like Briana hired by the law firm with NOT enough FULL ATTENTION and FULL EXPERIENCE can caused a rift between the client and the staff and also can affect the immigration firm's reputation. The client is expecting a guaranteed outcome and service strictly guided by the immigration lawyers. I did also provided All Complete Documentations. In my opinion, honestly, if this staff is NOT CONSISTENT ALL the WAY to : All or EACH and every client assigned to her doing all paperworks for USCIS in-behalf of the immigration firm, it will result to cases becoming more complex or ineligible for certain benefits, I will NOT continue to hire her. Unfortunately, the first and second rejection of a working permit were ALL her FAULT that caused for so much DELAYS and FAILED RESULTS specially if the cases are related to specific timeframes and deadlines. Period. UPDATED 11/20/2025.The law firm is excellent based on my experience. Their personal understanding was very touching and honest to each issue we have. They do not say "No- cannot happen" and always explain everything Very clearly and very attentive with so many questions from me to help us. The paralegal team attentively listen and ask the respectful lawyers if we tackle majorissues. The response was quick from the lawyers and paralegal services. They don't missed out anything.I appreciate Ms. Berman a lot after some consultations with her. My emails were all answered clearly and we don't worry a lot. We are under the guidance and advice of Zlata Berman of this outstanding law firm and the paralegals from Sarah and Drishti.Thank you so much for everything to initially process the working permit. My consultation fees were credited towards the working permit services done. All is good and right with the law firm and willing to LEND a hand to help make things better and make sure understandable to us. The fees they charge are very reasonable. Thumbs-up. They understood and can adjust to the ways of payment for their services. They don't go around to waste our money just because we are naive of the immigration laws. Trust is important. We will be continuing under th law firm's guidance on other issues.
