I am also positive that if I already didn’t know the meaning of life, she could have told me that as well. She has “it” figured out for sure! 3) The huge cargo box on the back. It doubles as a backrest for passengers and makes it so much safer to ride tandem. 4) Quality… the ATV had absolutely zero issues and she obviously puts in the work to maintain her vehicles. 5) Ease of the process… Ally was responsive and quick and everything was done simply and on my phone before I picked up the ATV. Ally is THE person to rent ATVs from while in Tulum. After haggling with other renting options, Ally was simple and responded promptly - I can't express how easy she made everything. And, the most important factor - we did not have to leave our passport (which seems to be common practice among most rental places in Tulum). We rented a ATV to get around town for two days. These ATVs are far more comfortable for the passenger as there is a seat/ locker installed on the back rack. That you could lock up your helmets while parked instead of hauling them around - big plus. Also, if you are an American visiting, Ally is a wealth of information and super friendly. As an expat herself, she knows what it is to be a target for scams while vacationing here. It was her mission to make sure my wife and I had a great time. She gave us a rundown of all of the little tricks locals try to pull over on tourists (from vendors shorting your change to cops trying to extort you for whatever reason).
