I have to give a huge shout out to Mark and Blake. My son has been seeing them for a month now. The pride he feels from his growth already is evident. We’ve seen growth in exit velo, speed, rotation, agility, and mobility. These guys are amazing and my son loves working with them. I highly recommend!

Our son (12) began working with Marc after a long rehab from elbow surgery. Our main goals for our son have been to rebuild strength, get back on the baseball field and hopefully prevent future injuries. Marc's training system has provided a very personalized plan for him to work on achieving these goals and our son LOVES working out at TTS. He has made measurable progress and has become confident enough in the plan to workout on his own time at home as well. Our PT guy has also appreciated Marc's willingness to modify workouts as needed to accommodate some restrictions our son still has with his elbow. We've had some unique scheduling challenges come up and Marc has been awesome in working through those with us too. Marc is a great communicator, motivator and an expert in his field. Highly recommend his program!
