Just got my car today am wow!!! I started negotiating for a new car at the start of the war between the USA and Iran and obviously shipping was delayed.However, Gert kept me up to date with the progress and also understood my choice of colour.Service was first rate, but for the delay due to the shipping which the dealer had no control over. Once the car was delivered we were provided with a handover date which also happened on time.It was really a pleasant experience.

All I can say is that I have never come across a sales person who still gives themselves time to explain and give proper reasons as to why a deal was declined, most would just tell you it's declined and not even give proper reason as to what is it that you need to improve on.
