I have only been going to Coach Justin with my team for about 2 months. Not only have a seen my strength and speed increase. I’ve seen my team get better. I have seen me mentally and physically get stronger while working with Coach Justin. Coach Justin is so amazing and he pushes me and my team to get better everyday!! Coach Justin at BSF Elite Performance has been outstanding. He’s worked with my daughter over the past year to develop her skills as a catcher, focusing on proper fundamentals and technique, while also guiding her through offseason strength and conditioning. The training is age-appropriate, well-structured, and clearly designed to build both athletic ability and confidence. We’ve seen real growth in her strength, skills, and overall development as a softball player and athlete. Highly recommend Coach Justin and BSF Elite.
