Pete at Downs Plumbing was outstanding from start to finish. He actually showed up early, which in my book means he was right on time and ready to work. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, easy to talk to, and had a great sense of humor that made the whole experience stress free. What really impressed me was his honesty. Pete took the time to explain the entire process, showed me exactly where the leak was, and walked me through what he was doing every step of the way. Instead of trying to upsell me or take advantage of the situation, he actually recommended a different route that made more sense and saved me money. On top of that, Downs Plumbing beat every other quote I received. Pete brought James along, and he was just as professional, knowledgeable, and personable. You could tell immediately these guys have been working together for a long time, they worked seamlessly as a team and clearly take pride in what they do. It’s hard to find contractors who are honest, fair, and genuinely care about their customers, but Pete and James are exactly that. If you’re looking for plumbers who show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, do quality work, and treat you right, I can’t recommend Downs Plumbing enough.
