Our realtor Annette showed extreme patience with the sale of my Aunt's home. She found a buyer in July. I could have signed for my Aunt at that time but the other owner was overseas until mid-September. We just signed the paperwork today. I appreciate everything she did and her sense of humor during a very trying situation. I also want to thank the buyers for their patience. This had to be a frustrating time for them.
