Jeff worked with us on a pool replaster to ensure the chemicals were balanced throughout the entire curing process. Took about 20 water samples in over the 28 curing days. Jeff personally checked the results and made sure we had a succesful cure. Glad Jeff was there !! Less

We were having problems with our M600 Dolphin pool cleaner. I brought it in without an appointment on a Saturday and they had the parts we needed and replaced the treads right then and there! I am a recent convert to Fiesta this year due to many factors… personnel and helpfulness, costs, and tenacious desire to solve my pump problems. Jeff and staff were willing to spend some time with me explain the details of the chemical uses and needs. They showed lots of patience with me as i ask a lot of questions. When it was time to buy chemicals, i bought a yearly supply through their spring chemical sale and was much better than the competitors. With my pump, I don’t think there would have been another person that would have worked so hard to solve my problem. He spent a couple of weeks and spoke with many experts. Purchased a dolphin M400 from them in the fall and brought it in due to an issue with the impeller after it sat during the winter. Since there's a 6-10 week lead time on warrantied parts, they swapped my impeller with an M400 in inventory. I was in and out of here in 10-15 minutes. Fantastic service. I have had a Fiesta Hot Springs tub, actually two of them over the past 25 years and I use it just about every day for therapy and piece of mind. I have purchased these tubs from Eric at the Sheridan Road store and have always had them repaired by Doug. I have told countless people that if you want a high end quality tub, do not go anywhere else but to visit Eric and Doug. Whenever my tub needed maintenance they understood the importance of me having an operable tub for my -own self perseverance. If they could fix it in a day for $20 they did. OKAY, my beloved tub broke 2 weeks ago and being ten years old it was feared I would need a main power board/motherboard and a new display panel, about $1400, which I would have gladly paid to get it backup and running, problem is the micro chips needed come from China and they cannot crank them out quick enough and it might take weeks if not Months before the parts were in stock. Once I had a drink and calmed myself I spoke with Eric, who was on vacation about my plight and concern. Eric made a few calls to the manufacturer and convinced them to send him the parts in a few days, Miracle Man. In the interim Doug called me and said before we panic and you spend $1400 at least allow me to come out and check one more thing, Doug who has been sick with the flu still came out here and checked what amounted to a Hail Mary. But by some grace of god it worked today, after I desired to hug Doug he mentioned that if this did not continue to work he would hold onto he parts for me for a few weeks. This is called Customer Customer, this is called Integrity, this is called going above and beyond to continue to make your customers happy. I implore you if you are in the market for a hot tub, go see Eric and sleep well knowing when the tub needs a little or a lot of maintenance Doug has you covered and will do the job right, quickly and it will cost as little as possible. Doug and Eric are super hero’s in my eyes and a reminder that there are still good people who put the customer and their satisfaction first before a sale. Upon meeting Eric we liked him from the beginning because of his welcoming spirit and his willingness to help us with finding what we were searching for and not what he wanted to sell. And when the installation part came it was just as good. Nick came to our house outside of Stroud Oklahoma and you could tell this was not his first rodeo. Terrible customer service! Went in the first time, bunch of teenagers running around supposedly as workers. Completely ignored us. We were told that the sales guy was out to lunch. Waited an hour and went back so the sales guy could tell us what we wanted to buy, not listening to what we wanted. Then to be told oh well you live too far away, if I can’t service it I’m not selling you anything! Just WOW! Anyways, buyer beware! What’s sad is we could’ve bought one outright today! Edit April 2022: we are still in love with our pool. We wanted to show the followup that this company has done for us. We had a few issues that we alerted Fiesta to, in the Fall of 2021, concerning the plaster cracking and some lighting in the pool that need repair. They were quick to get on them in the time frame we requested and did it as part of their warranty coverage. Even brought out chemicals once it was refilled as part of the coverage. Still very, very happy we went with Fiesta.We started our build in November of 2020 and finished March 2021. Every interaction from owner, to construction foreman, to service tech, etc. has been excellent. Everyone was completely attentive to our wants and needs and accommodated any change up that came along. Even the subcontractors were professional, kind and easy to work with. I would recommend a pool build with Fiesta Pools as you will have a beautiful and well build product in the end. Nice store. I didn't buy anything. This is more of a rating of their hiring team. I came dressed the the 10s with nice cologne on and everything. They even acted like they liked me and they could see I had years of relevant experience. They said that since I am still working another part time contract job that they wouldn't consider me.
