I don’t leave reviews traditionally but I decided to leave one for Fiesta because I believe that usually the only people who take the time to leave reviews are unhappy.I’m a researcher (it’s a character flaw I know lol). I studied hot tubs, quality, manufacturers, prices, options, sales and service, referrals, reviews etc. I physically went to different stores and talked with sales representatives. I didn’t find any that were not knowledgeable and seemed to have integrity. Two people I know to be pool and hot tub people recommended Erik at Fiesta. That was a check in their favor but while a high value data point, only one data point.Along the way, I set my goals and budget. I went to see Erik several times in between visiting other stores. I found him to be a good salesman but more importantly a good guy.The result… I explained my goals (therapeutic, features, easy to use and maintain, service after the sale, training, budget …) and Erik showed me a few and I chose the Limelight Flash. A compromise on my budget but during a sale the included some ancillary items that mitigated the budget impact.Installation had a hiccup (not on Fiesta’s part) that Erik corrected. The post sale training (great for a guy needing simple) and support has been worth the money. I hopefully won’t need service for some time but I have no doubt it will be outstanding.

zero stars - dealing with Erik deSonnaville - has been a nightmare. We paid in full for an above ground pool and he did NOT work for a solution to our back yard slope - we OBVIOUSLY are not going to install a pool on a slope - we realize that preparation dirt work would be needed and assumed that was included in the $1500 installation fee - NOW I had to CANCEL the entire order and he is charging 4% credit card fee for nothing done. I would stay above from this arrogant you know what - do not deal with him. I am just beyond - I do not normally have situations like this - being treated so poorly when I am owed a large sum of money that I have not yet received a refund. I have not been treated like a customer at all. I will not be able to stop worrying about this until I have a refund in my hand. This has been the absolute worst experience made even worse by dealing with Mike Woods. Once I get this refund (which I better) this is probably a blessing in disguise that we will be going else where to get a pool. One last thing and this is a personal message to Erik and Mike - keep this in mind - when you treat a customer poorly it is very easy for anyone (like me) to leave an honest google review - so beware - it is consumer power to warn other potential customers.

We bought our first jacuzzi and with Erik’s assistance at Fiesta pools, it was a great experience! We highly recommend working with him and Fiesta pools. They truly work with you each step of the way, from purchase, set up, delivery, and upkeep and how to use properly. We are thankful for the easy experience!

I Drove past on The way to my mother's house. Her pool man had walked off, and her Indoor ingroundpool was filled with algae on all the walls. Ruthie Helped me figure out a plan, and the team loaded up my vehicle with the correct chemicals. Since I am a complete novice at taking care of a pool, I had to call them multiple times to get the pool ready for my family to swim in over the holidays. I am very grateful for their outstanding customer service to a customer who is not in their service area.

We purchased a hot tub during Fiesta’s Spa Expo in early Nov 2025. Delivery was scheduled a few weeks later, and during that time I realized the space we intended to put it on the patio had too much slope. Fiesta came out to look and recommended we build a wooden pallet and gave us a reference for someone to do that, so we did! It has turned out great. Fiesta also recommended Wes for Rapid Electric to do the electric install. I had a little worried that not everything would be ready for the delivery date, but everything came together just in time. We have been enjoying the Spa very much. Fiesta addressed every concern I had, big and small. Really appreciate their personal care.

I have been going to Fiesta for years and the reason is because they will check your water (for free) every week! Here’s the important part….they do not push you to buy products that you really do not need! Everyone there is extremely friendly and always professional! Bonus…I have never had anything bad happen to my water because I go every week! You should too! It makes life easier and less stressful and expensive!

I purchased my hot tub from Fiesta. I am very pleased with the product The showrooms enable thorough consideration of many brands and sizes. Staff are very knowledgeable of all features and functions. After installation Fiesta staff are there to test water samples and teach how to maintain proper and safe water chemistry. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Every summer I’m reminded how horrible fiesta is. I’ve always received terrible service from this company, since I first switched to salt water back in 2022. I’ve been belittled, insulted, and just treated overall poorly. Both Kerri and Doug will disrespect you with their passive aggressive comments and Mike will simply waste your time with his services. I do not recommend this company and will be finally looking elsewhere for next summer.

This is the 2nd spa we've purchased from Erick at the 93rd street store. Both times were great experiences. Erick really knows his stuff! He walked us through the start-up process for our new salt water spa. He really made the experience easy. So much so, that the friends we had over the night before, bought a salt water spa from him the next day! Likewise, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, too. I highly recommend Erick and the 93rd street store!
