Levi Smith & team were tremendous to work with! Very conscientious & polite. They even made suggestions along the way, and pointed me to websites where I could view product options. They were timely, even through our heavy rain spells in June & July, and communicated often keeping me abreast of things. They did landscaping, dirt work, built a fire pit area & a fire pit within. This included RR Ties, Rebar, Rocks, Pavers.....and then I had them extend from there creating a beach pit, full of sand....for adult fun!! Seed & Straw.....and cleaned the area when finished, as if never there.Should I indulge in additional projects, First Creek Land Services will be my 1st, if not only call!! Thanks, guys, extremely happy!!!!

Levi Smith and his crew came and prepared a pad for our above ground pool and laid out top soil around our foundation of our newly built house. He responded to us promptly and showed up when he said he would. They did a fantastic job! We will enjoy our new space for years to come. We could not be more pleased with the work they have done.

I couldn't be happier with the work First Creek did preparing my property for our new home. From the beginning, Levi and Hank were honest, professional, reliable, and easy to work with. My house sits about 400ft off the road in a terraced pasture. They cut a new driveway, pulled down a couple of terraces, and prepped the house site for construction, assuring proper drainage.The finished product looks fantastic. Levi and Hank worked long and hot days to get this completed. Levi's communication and honesty are next level! The driveway wasn't easy, being long and cut right along a terrace and trees. After initial completion, there was a slight drainage issue with the swale cut along the driveway. Levi immediately responded and assured it would be corrected. As soon as weather permitted, the swale was fixed.If you're looking for a land service company that is truly honest, takes pride in their work, and delivers high-quality results, I highly recommend them. I would absolutely use them again for future projects.

One phone call, site visit, and estimate for clearing out two lots in Tuscumbia! We had a bit of a weather delay but Levi and his equipment operator Hank really did a great job!It turned out that once cleared we had a roughed in pad setting there for easy leveling.I highly recommend First Creek Land Service.

If you want a job done right, this is the place to call. Levi is honest, hard working, listens to his customers kept us informed every step of the way, and promptly came back to fix a small drainage problem that Mother Nature caused. Levi took a poorly constructed riding arena with major drainage issues and fixed the problems, expanded our usable area, and guided us on how to make the surrounding hillsides not only less prone to erosion but look prettier and greener. His price was fair, transparent and true to the estimate. Several substantial rain storms have proven that Levi knows his business.

Levi and Tyler did a great job. I have several acres that were nothing but trash, trees and old fencing. Decades of growth that had been left to go wild. It looks like a new place now.
