Recently had my furnace replaced. The 2 guys that came out were exceptionally professional. It's been a couple weeks since we got our new furnace and it's working great. It was only a couple days after we paid them that they were out here hooking up the new furnace, which was totally understandable seeing as how it's fall and the amount of service calls is through the roof but me and my wife Definitely recommend these guys to other potential customers if you want the job done right.

Highly recommend Garner. They were able to service my home quickly and repaired issue for a very reasonable cost. Throughout the process, I talked with three different people. All of whom were very helpful and courteous. Will definitely be using Garner again!

Very pleased with the service I received! I called in the early mornings of a very hot day when my a/c stopped working. Garner heating and cooling sent a worker out within a few hours! After some trial and error it was fixed!

In 2015 I had several quotes from various Washtenaw, Monroe, and Lenawee Contractors for $15,000- $40,000. Brads son( I think it was his son) came out and quoted my house. After Brad came back from vacation he called me and gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. He installed a Trane 95% furnace, all new duct work, an A/C coil, a gas line, a digital thermostat and a gas AO Smith gas water heater ,for a fraction of the cost of other companies quoted. I had him come out and install the A/C compressor a several years later. He gave me a great price on that too. Brad did a professional install, he listened to all of my concerns about my vinyl siding and he followed up with me to make sure everything was solid both times, even during the pandemic. We had a NO HEAT situation over the weekend about 6 weeks ago and reached out via a referral from my co-worker. We have a gas fireplace so we didn’t need emergency service (although it was offered) They had a tech out first thing the next Monday at 7:45am and he spent a good amount of time going thru the system and ultimately giving me news I didn’t want to hear. The 17 year old unit had a serious issue with the heat exchanger and we needed a new furnace…. We had a quote by 2pm with options and a new furnace up and running by noon the next day! Our furnace quit working. I was told it couldn't be fixed and that they would give me an estimate. unfortunately, my family of 6 waited 5 days with no return call with an estimate in the freezing cold weather and had to get our furnace replaced elsewhere.

I’ve known Brad since high school so when I heard he had hvac business I was more than willing to give him the business for ac and furnace . Hadn’t looked at any reviews but just had that gut feeling he was gonna be outstanding and I was right.He had his son come out to my house for furnace replacement, on time , did a great job, clean up was impeccable, furnace is great, got call back to see how everything was, told him I’m very pleased . They came in and did my install in such a timely manner. Everyone was nice, prompt, understanding of my situation and helped me out. I converted from oil heat to natural gas because the oil tank stopped working. I would 1000% recommend them again. They have saved me from freezing my butt off in my home. Beyond grateful for them
