I had been to this place before and they did a good job. This last time I went and received botox they injected to low and just before the thanksgiving holiday and will still be this way for the Christmas holidays, my eyes and lower area dropped instead of lifting. I am devastated! I went in and they said nothing we can do just try and keep lifting your forehead . They didn’t even offer me a discount or some money back. This shows me they do not care so be carful their customer service sucks!!!! I will never go back to them again.

Very nice office space with comfortable seating. Desk is clean and in an open area. Staff is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t feel judged when I come in. The office is flexible with appointments and isn’t overpriced. 5/5 ⭐️

I have been meaning to do this for a while now. I have been a client of Define Medical Est. for a couple years now and I have to share my experience and how thrilled I am with my results. I started out with a little Botox and added a couple sessions of Micro Needling with the Carboxytherapy. Let me tell you the results are AMAZING!! My face and neck look amazing and my skin just overall looks and feels more youthful and fresh. Anna is such a wonderful person and her skills and knowledge shine along with her personality. She is so great at what she does, and well, if you know her then you know she makes every session extremely comfortable. She is like a best friend when you see her. I also want to share how AWESOME Asley is at what she does, she has done 2 Micro Needling sessions on my face and again the results are amazing. I just turned 52 and have had so many compliments on how youthful and great my face looks. Ashley explains everything step by step thru the whole session and she is also just such a pleasure to be around. I give these girls including the girls up front 5 stars and will never go anywhere else as long as they are around. I have been going to see Anna at Define Medical Esthetics for over two years. She was the only professional available in the area that provided Sottopelle bio identical hormone treatment. I was so impressed by Anna and her staff upon my first visit that I never even considered going to another location. Her office is clean and the staff is very friendly. Anna is a true professional. She is a great listener and she doesn't rush the procedure. I would 110% recommend Define Medical Esthetics.
