I have used BL Plumbing and Gas for over 3 years, they give exceptional service, price and products. We have used them to fixed tap leakage, hot water, drainage and toilet replacement.

I've used BL Plumbing & Gas to investigate a gurgling noise coming from my kitchen drain after running the water. I wasn’t sure what was causing it, but Brett came out and did a thorough inspection. He had a good understanding of what the issue could be and where it was likely coming from.Brett suspected there was a blockage in one of the pipes, so he and another plumber went outside, opened up the pipe and found a significant build-up of grease that had formed a blockage. They removed it, flushed the pipes to make sure everything was completely clear, and then sealed the pipe back up properly.What I really appreciated was that Brett took the time to explain what he had found and showed me the steps involved, so I understood exactly what the problem was and how they were fixing it.They did a great job, were thorough and professional, and also made sure the area they had worked on was cleaned up afterwards.I’m very happy with the service provided by BL Plumbing & Gas!

I had an emergency water leak from an unknown source and I called Brent on a Sunday evening. Brent made it a priority to be out to my house first thing Monday morning and he was able to source the leak to a position underground under the paving and completely do the repair with Karim saving me from having no water to the house for any prolonged period of time. I found Brent very comforting and knowledgeable and most of all as well as providing a lot of advice very understanding to the whole situation giving me all the options available and prices before proceeding. I was very happy with the outcome.
