Sid and Jonathan did a phenomenal job on my Patio right after I looked on my new home. They were gracious enough to come and give me design ideas before I closed. So as soon as I closed on my home, they started work immediately, and had it ready in 2 weeks. Love what they did and my neighbors have asked as well. Will definitely use them for expansion ideas!!

These people are amazing, i had them do an extension of the deck my house came with with a ramp to come down and have access to my back yard. They had several challenges as it rained and the terrain was muddy, they surpassed that and truly made this a dream. The construction was perfect and they followed the prior already built design. The were priced well, and very communicative thru the process.I highly recommend them.

We came across PatioLandia on Homeadvisor and had a great experience. They replaced our front and side porch columns, installed a 6-panel door in the back of our house, and replaced some damaged siding. Jonathan and Sid were a pleasure to work with and had good and transparent communication throughout the project. They went above and beyond to fix some pre-existing issues our house had and frequently consulted us for opinions. Their specialty is decks / patios but they can do so much more! We would definitely use them again for future home projects.

We want to start this by saying we loved Jonathan. He communicated, answered our questions, was always here to complete his tasks, and had integrity (stayed late fix a water pipe he ran over in our yard without being asked).Sid, on the other hand, was incredibly difficult. I have never seen anything like it. We just finished building a house with a contractor last year, and we have worked with dozens of companies for various parts of the building process with zero problems. Working with Sid was the WORST experience we have ever had - ever. I would rate this as a zero if it were at all possible.A project that was supposed to be done August 13 is still not complete, and we had to fire PatioLandia this week (directly because of Sid) for not completing the project any where near the expected time frame, failing to communicate, asking for MORE money without showing any receipts, not paying their workers, and insisting that their workers to do a bad job (pictures attached) to get it done because he was being made sick from the stress of us reaching out to see if people were coming to work. Sid rarely showed up when he said he would, was working on multiple projects (after assuring us at the contract signing that he does one job at a time), and he consistently belittled and spoke poorly of his workers. Workers were told they were not being paid because our family had not paid him, and that is a complete lie. Sid did not know that my wife speaks Spanish, and we were privy to all of the side conversations he had with the workers towards the end of the project. They were not professional.There are reviews from a year ago, and maybe the company had it together then, but what is happening there now is a complete scam. We are out tens of thousands of dollars with a project that is not even halfway done. We refused to make the last payment until more work was done, and Sid argued with us with a bunch of lies and no proof of payments for materials. We are being forced to seek legal action.

PatioLandia completed a stone fireplace, stone columns on front porch, concrete driveway, pavers hardscaping for back patio area, outdoor kitchen, irrigation system, and re-sodded entire yard on time and on budget. Thought leaders in the design and expert craftsmanship. Could not be happier with the job I hired them for and quick subsequent follow ups post job regarding any questions I have had. Before and after pictures attached.Wanted to edit this post and note that I hired Patiolandia a second time (google won’t let me submit another review) to help me trouble shoot a crawl space water issue. They were able to diagnose the problem (main city waterline leaking) and defend their assessment when another plumber and city said they were incorrect (both later admitted patiolandia was correct). Commitment to quality and “getting it right” is second to none.
