We had a fairly complicated situation because one of us is self-employed, which a couple of banks had already knocked us back on. Mario didn't just find a lender who'd say yes, he compared options across several banks and explained why the one he picked actually suited our situation better long-term, not just the easiest approval. We spoke about Low Doc loans as a back-up option, but Mario found a way to qualify us for a standard home loan with a much better interest rate instead, without needing to go down that path. We settled on our first home within about 8 weeks and we never felt lost in the process. Can't recommend him enough for anyone who's self-employed and finding the process isn't straightforward.

Mario is honestly one of the best mortgage brokers in Sydney.
