Dawn did a great job on my vehicle, which was in dire need of a serious detailing. She offers mobile service or service at her business. In my case, it was easier for her to do the work at her business. She takes care of picking up and dropping off the vehicle, or offers to give you a ride home if you drop off at her business. She makes it convenient and easy.Dawn does all the work herself - no outsourcing to employees.She uses professional cleaning products and is very detailed oriented. She even uses an odor bomb to absorb odors from interior of the car. She provides excellent customer service, communicates well, and she also is happy to address any concerns.I did not have any work done on the exterior of the vehicle, so I cannot speak to that. I can say she did an excellent job on the interior. I will definitely use her again. I recommend her without reservation.

Patriot Detailing did a wonderful job with my car. They took great care, paid close attention to detail, and the car looked phenomenal after the ceramic coat. The photos don’t show their work to its best advantage, but you can see that my 22 year old car looks great. I’m genuinely pleased and their performance compels my strongest possible recommendation. Thanks to an unfortunate series of circumstances, a lot of cat pee ended up out of my cat’s carrier and on to my passenger seat. Dawn was able to come out the next day and not only completely removed the cat mess but also scrubbed my car’s interior from top to bottom. It looks like new and there is no lingering smell or stain on the seat!
