I moved onto the east side hope to find a nail studio close to home initially a positive experience aside from manicure/ pedicure tools appearing reused not in auto clave packaging. I received serviced gel x and pedicure the filed my nail paper thin and left the prior nail on the nail bed I requested 3x to please soak as it was uncomfortable with excessive filing. Day two nail cracked down the center, day 4 the gel x nail popped off like a cheap press on. The vibe feels un welcoming and the lady who I was passed off to Jenny was incredibly rude because I wasn’t able to recall the polish on the. I honestly feel awful writing a review, but if I wanted to find a nail studio, I would like this info.
