We almost never are interested in products or services that are through a random knock on the door. However, we knew we needed a new roof soon so when Cornerstone knocked I was interested to hear what they had to offer. We are very happy and pleased that we did take the time to hear about the roofing, shingles and methods that they use by Cornerstone to replace our roof. During the discussion with Ian (Cornerstone) explained their product and roofing and technology differences along with our current roof issues. We were impressed to hear how the new roof would vent through the peak or caps all along the ridges rather than venting boxes or a vent turbine. (see pictures 1 -3) This technology creates a very clean look and actually more venting capacity pre square foot for our house. It should reduce the attic temperature and vent more efficiently. Along with this we were impressed with the drainage technique in each of our roof bends. Cornerstone doesn't just bend shingles but installs a medal system that guides the water flow to improve drainage and the life of the roof. (see pictures 3, 4 & 6)We are also very pleased and impressed with the crew and installation process. Ryan, from Cornerstone who coordinated everything with me was excellent and very proactive. The communication and scheduling was outstanding and very collaborative meeting our schedules. When the day came for installation the crew arrived at 6:00 a.m. as scheduled and was very efficient and careful to not damage our surroundings and yard. The Cornerstone crew is well trained and professional and everything throughout the 10 hour process moved like clockwork with no issues or interruption. Some extra touches that Cornerstone did was painting the vent pipes to match the shingles and our house. (see pictures 4, 6 & 7)Bottom line folks, we are very pleased with every step in the process and we are 100% happy that we chose Cornerstone for our new roofing. We highly recommend them for your roofing replacement.

The Cornerstone Home Remodel Team did a fantastic job for us! They were quick and efficient on the job. They left our home as clean and in some cases cleaner than they found it. I saw that they went above and beyond what was expected. I noticed the heater exhaust vent was pretty rusted and I had nightmares climbing up there to paint it! When the roof was done I noticed that the roofers had already painted it without me asking them to do it and it looks fantastic. Extra protection layers were added also to protect against our harsh winters. They found things in their inspection of our roof if left unattended would have been disastrous down the road! And when they said they would be there, they were there! I will recommend Cornerstone to everyone who needs a new roof! Thank you again Cornerstone Home Remodel Team you did a beautiful job!
