Very unprofessional and rude driving instructor - I was on mitcham road in Croydon today and the driving instructor (a black female with a low bun hairstyle) was extremely unprofessional, rude and driving in a very concerning and dangerous manner. The instructor did a turn in the middle of a road where oncoming cars was approaching nor would have had time to stop or process the manoeuvre she decided to do in 1 way traffic. She completely made me emergency break as well as doing a go away gesture when I actually gave way to her - completely unprofessional and disgraceful I would never recommend this company to anybody hoping to learn how to drive when you have unprofessional, rude and incompetent driving instructors such as the one who I encountered today. Disgraceful

Cameron Phoenix (Grade A trainer) has been teaching me to drive. He is so calm and patient which has really helped any nerves I have had. He is also a very good teacher and I would definitely recommend him! I am confident that I will pass my test with him helping me from finding the bite point to multiple lane roundabouts!

I can’t thank Hafiz Ahmed enough for all his help, support and for being a great driving instructor! I passed my driving test yesterday (15/06/26) first time, with 2 minors. I wouldn’t have passed without his calm and patient approach.When I first started learning to drive, I couldn’t for the life of me do right-turn roundabouts, and I used to tell him that I hoped I wouldn’t get them on my test / that I wouldn’t be taking any right-turn roundabouts. Hafiz always took his time to explain them to me, patiently taught me properly, and helped me build my confidence until I could handle them.On the day of my test, I was so sure I had failed that I cried when I got my result, so passing was such an amazing moment (and also a moment where I couldn’t think straight!). Honestly, I’m so grateful for the skills and confidence he helped me build. I would highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive!
