We had a new guy pop out. I feel bad because I can’t remember his name. He was great though! Communicated exactly what he was going to do, actually did more than expected!! Found 2 wasps nest I didn’t even know we had, put my grill cover on my bbq pit because he saw mosquitos hanging out near the cover and wanted to do a thorough spray!! Overall awesome job by the tech!!Really enjoy this company!

Mission City Pest Control provided excellent service, was super-responsive and even followed up with an additional spray when the nasty hornets returned to our garage a few days after the initial treatment.Mission City stood out from the other providers I found on Yelp from the get-go. While other providers sent me a form email inviting me to call for info, Mission City's initial email contained full details of their services, prices and other info that helped me decide on them without the need to make a bunch of calls.Jason, the customer service rep, was quick to understand our need for extermination of the hornets/wasps as soon as possible since we have family members with serious allergies to the insects. He was able to get Mr. Matt (the owner) to come out the next morning to help us out. Fantastic!Mr. Matt was so easy to work with -- he listened carefully to our specific situation and needs and worked with those. He provided extra applications of the extermination chemicals to ensure the wasps/hornets would be eradicated since we have an insect allergy concern.When some very persistent mahogany wasps returned to our garage a few day later, Mr. Matt happily came back to do a reapplication.I cannot recommend this company enough -- their service is definitely 360°! From the first email right through to the after-sale second visit, Mission City was superb. I will definitely be calling them again when I have pests to get rid of!

Matt has come out several times and is very personable and thorough. I have called several times about new ant hills and wasp nests and he has come that day or the next day, and they are gone! I would highly recommend Mission City Pest Group!
