We had an issue with a duplex where we had toilet overflow recently and a plumber had to be called on a weekend to take care of cleaning the pipe outlet. There was water from the bathroom that spread to other parts of the unit. The “Complete Flood Restoration Company” came to our rescue and the cleaning team’s work (spearheaded by Lisa & crew) was superb. Lisa coordinated the entire effort (with Alex & crew) in cleaning, bringing all the equipment needed, cut drywall, baseboard etc as needed and did a phenomenal job on the restoration ready for build back. They monitored the entire process with all the necessary equipment throughout. She was available the entire time on email, phone and kept me informed. Lisa Rehr provided excellent customer friendly service, well experienced in the restoration process & paperwork, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and a winner. She is the goto person and I recommend her services without hesitation - Thank you Lisa & team !!

This company has been a life saver. They were referred to us from 1800 Plumber and jumped into action when a sewage flood occurred. Not only did they complete a thorough assessment with photos and videos but they also went above and beyond by doing some minor clean up of sewage at 2 units we manage before they had a contract to service our homeowner's properties. They also connected well with our homeowner to answer all his questions, set a timeline up for completion and connected with our tenants to ensure a smooth clean up process. What a life saver Eric from Complete Flood Restoration was for my family. We were out of town and our daughter experienced a water loss in her apartment that the Management Co. refused to take care of. While they incorrectly and incompletely extracted the rug, they would not take any action to dry out the apartment when the entire floor had flooded approximately an inch to 3 inches depending on where you were in the apartment. Sammy & Eric came to her rescue and dried her place out in a couple of days. Highly recommend Complete Flood Restoration because they cared and did a great job.

I had a crazy water loss in my apartment (City Crest Apartments) and the management/maintenance team I have here, does absolutely nothing to help their tenants at all especially in emergency situations It’s horrible. The Complete Flood Restoration Company came to my rescue on Mother's Day 2025. On that afternoon,I arrived home to find that my first floor was flooded. With much effort,my neighbor's and I began to remove the water from my home, to no avail. It was just too much water! I began to look for companies that might be available on Sunday, Mother's Day. Complete Flood Restoration Company answered my call within minutes and sent someone to my home that same day! The team,led by Sammy,was extraordinary! They moved fast to remove the water and set up water extracting machines and dryers. I feared the worst...mold! They assured me that they were monitoring that issue and not to worry. Everyday, Sammy would come by my home to check on moisture, water and other factors that caused the flooding. He arranged a timeline, for a team to come out and wrap my furniture and move it to storage for safekeeping. The next team removed the flooring and other damage. I didn't have to worry about calling people to come out, if I experienced a problem. Sammy explained everything, in detail. This company has led with experience, friendliness, kindness and apathy. I strongly recommend this company!!

Alex and the mitigation team showed up in about an hour on the weekend after my son flooded our house from a second-floor sink left on.  There was damage to upstairs flooring, and our entire kitchen below had to be gutted to the studs.  They took care of all the cleanup and demolition by using state of the art equipment to ensure all affected areas were identified for repair.  He made us feel reassured that everything was going to be ok even with our extensive damage.  That made a world of difference.  Raul and the reconstruction team did an excellent job of returning our house to a condition that turned out better than it was before the damage.  All parties involved were very professional and always addressed any needs or concerns we had.  They were all responsive and available when contacted. The company as a whole was easy to work with and guided us through the entire process.  I would recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves in this unfortunate situation.

When you wake up at 7am and half of your house and garage is flooded, it can be quite traumatic. When I picked up the phone and called Complete Restoration, explained to them what had occurred Alex was at my door within an hour. Impressive to say the least. He explained to me how everything should work and still wanted me to know I could choose another company. I was decided at that point. I then worked with Lisa, from the office and Raoul, head contractor. They were the epitome of professional. Even with all the times I called them with all the questions, I was never made to feel like I burdened them. Now onto the work. Excellent job, you really can't tell anything happened. They even covered work that my insurance company told me wasn't covered. If you need quality work done by a top notch company, Complete Restoration is the way to go. Hopefully I won't need you guys again, lol.

CFR did a great job restoring our home after a large flood from a failure of a second floor toilet caused significant damage to the second and first floors of our home. They met with us immediately and were professional and extremely knowledgeable of what they would do and how they would do it. They completed ahead of time and on budget. They also worked tremendously well with our insurance company.
