I called Luis to let him know I was home so he could catch me up on all the information and he did not hesitate to show up at our house to do the walkthrough with me and explain this whole re-pipe project. His professionalism and details on this project truly showed his skill, knowledge and dedication not only to Gerloff but to the customer as well. While working from home and under construction from the Laundry room flood, I noticed water leaking from my dining room light fixture. Called Luis and I had plumbers at my house within the hour. Fast forward to now were scheduled for a Full Home Re-Pipe and Luis came to do another inspection and walkthrough and ease the stresses of having to pack up and move. He was and still is available for any and all questions we have in regards to this project. Day 1 of our scheduled start date Luis and his crew showed up and started clearing out our house while we got our belongings to transfer to our temporary home a few houses down. His crew even offered to move what we needed to the other house for us. We had the pleasure of meeting Dustin as well who stopped by and ensured us if we needed anything do not hesitate to call Luis. Initial Post: There have been very positive experiences and very negative experiences so far. Sammy and his crew that performed the water mitigation were outstanding. I had no issues with them and Sammy earned my confidence. Then the rebuild dept: Usually very nice and polite. However, I have had a number of extremely disappointing experiences. The painting job is just plain unprofessional. The guys were polite and nice but it was obvious they didn’t know what they were doing. Also, moved my dryer, broke the vent and shoved it back….maybe they didn’t realize they broke it? Floor installer was terrific! Raul is a nice, hardworking man. But I have had problems. Ex. He called me one morning, I answered but couldn’t talk. I told him I’d call him later. I did. We discussed paint & flooring. The next day he called me and the 1st thing he said was, “You didn’t call me back!” “I called you yesterday and you couldn’t talk and said you’d call me, you never called me!” I was stunned. The second (construction) part of the job was a bit of an adventure due to both construction and insurance issues. Frankly, without Raul and his team at Complete Flood to back us up, it would have been awful. The insurance-> This was our first major claim on anything and we were very ignorant of the process. We also received a bit of resistance from insurance when it came to doing what was right. Mr. Raul Rios was there to step in and support every step of the conversation to make sure we got a fair shake from the insurance and even more from his end. He truly went above and beyond in terms of getting us the right materials and ensuring we were satisfied with the work. There were times I was approving work and he would come in and say, 'No, not good enough, and have it reworked to a higher standard. Living in San Antonio is no joke, I had 3 rain floods last year and Alex took care of 2 of them!

Raul was very polite and kept me updated every 15 minutes. It took 45 minutes but he unflooded my basement.
