What a wonderful experience! Carol is a gem. She is kind and caring, but she is also skilled at doing hair. I went in with 4 inch roots and was in desperate need of new color. I left with perfectly highlighted hair. Then I talked to Carol about my thinning hair issues. I wasn't looking for long hair, but rather more volume. She recommended two different types of hair extensions for my baby fine, thin hair. Having never had extensions, I was afraid of this process. I shouldn't have worried! My hair turned out beautifully and I barely know that the extensions are even in my hair. I wish I had discovered Carol decades ago! I'm including the photos of my hair after the highlights were done and then the photo once the extensions were added. The extensions made a huge difference.

I went in for a professional scalp treatment. She was so sweet and explained every step of the way and answered all questions I had! She used and explained the digital scope and the importance of being able to see up close on my scalp and hair follicles, which was fun and interesting and weird lol! The advanced detox on my scalp was relaxing and left my hair and scalp feeling clean (not just clean but clean healthy no oil clean) and fresh! It's was all around an amazing experience! My hair normally is very flat and I noticed after I got home I had way more volume too! My scalp isn't ichy and my hair isn't oily after going to see her! I highly recommend her! She was 10/10 for both service and hospitality!
