Master Chris Pak is a very kind, patient, and involved owner and instructor. He is skilled in his craft. He is disciplined. My oldest son has learned respect and focus here. My youngest is welcome on the mat and loves copying movement every now and then. Master Pak is very caring towards little ones. He makes sure they understand the moves before moving up a belt. My son was very happy to receive his hard earned belt🤗

My son has been training here for a while now, and I can honestly say it's been one of the best decisions I've made! Chris, the owner, is actually a world champion with incredible skill and who actually knows how to teach kids! He’s incredibly patient, encouraging, and you can tell he genuinely cares about every student’s progress.The classes have helped my son grow in confidence, focus, and discipline—not to mention he’s having so much fun. The environment is respectful, welcoming, and professional, and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making it a space where kids can thrive. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

We have been waiting for an authentic traditional martial arts school to open in Cinco Ranch. I enrolled my son as soon as he was of age. SBN Chris is truly inspirational. He holds true to the tradition and makes the class fun for his students. I was so impressed with his vast knowledge that I enrolled myself as well. I would recommend the dojang to kids and adults alike..

This place is amazing! They teach everything in the martial arts! I came in today to see their weapons class and they were teaching sword techniques! Chris is an amazing instructor and really cares about each student. He is extremely patient with everyone and has helped a lot!
