Great experience with Martel. Called for a water issue in the morning, and within only a couple of hours, they sent a specialist. Rob promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Reasonably priced too.

It took Zack just a few minutes to determine that the overheated capacitor was a reason our air conditioner stopped spinning. We called Martel in the morning and by 2 PM the issue was fixed. Very efficient company and highly professional staff!

Had to call Martel on one of the hottest days of the summer to deal w a leak from my ac. Keith came within a few hours (didn’t need to wait 3 weeks) and was courteous and answered all questions I had and resolved the problem promptly. I have used Martel many times in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Wedensday Martel HVAC stopped by my condo we had no a/c for two or three weeks. I had already had the building maintence look at it they were no help, then I had an electrician, no go there either. I called Martel they were there next day and within about an hour or so we were up and running with nice cold a/c. Tim the service tech was great...I could not be happier. Thank you

Tim Martel installed our complete central A/C system over 20 years ago. It’s been amazing and largely service free. It was finally time to replace it so we called Tim. He simplified all of the different replacement options that we were grappling with and helped us arrive at a perfect solution. Simultaneously we had him install an April Air whole house humidifier. The crew, led by Brian, did an amazing job, even with over a foot of snow on the ground. The new system is perfect, the humidifier is a game changer and the Ecobee thermostat is incredible. Very customizable and maintains the house at a perfect temperature and humidity. Thanks so much Tim!

We lost our heat on a Saturday. Our warranty company took a day to assign us to Martell HVAC. I got a call back from Martell fairly quickly. They sent Keith out on Sunday morning and he diagnosed the issues quickly. Keith came back with the part late Monday morning. He ran into some issues since the boiler we own is quite old. He spent the necesary time to resolve the issue so that he would not need to come back . He even recommended a couple of sevices to make things better going forward. Keith was pleasant and professional. We would recommend this company based on our experience.

Last summer Ben from Martel worked on our hot water heater. I was impressed by his ability and people skills. Based on that experience I contacted Martel again. This time we had Dylan who responded to a complicated problem professionally, patiently and capably. Based on these experiences I would seek out Martel to address any future problems. Martel is very fortunate to have employees such as these who represent the company so well.
