Great experience with Martel. Called for a water issue in the morning, and within only a couple of hours, they sent a specialist. Rob promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Reasonably priced too.

It took Zack just a few minutes to determine that the overheated capacitor was a reason our air conditioner stopped spinning. We called Martel in the morning and by 2 PM the issue was fixed. Very efficient company and highly professional staff!

Wedensday Martel HVAC stopped by my condo we had no a/c for two or three weeks. I had already had the building maintence look at it they were no help, then I had an electrician, no go there either. Tim Martel installed our complete central A/C system over 20 years ago. It’s been amazing and largely service free. It was finally time to replace it so we called Tim. He simplified all of the different replacement options that we were grappling with and helped us arrive at a perfect solution. Simultaneously we had him install an April Air whole house humidifier. The crew, led by Brian, did an amazing job, even with over a foot of snow on the ground. The new system is perfect, the humidifier is a game changer and the Ecobee thermostat is incredible. Very customizable and maintains the house at a perfect temperature and humidity. Thanks so much Tim!

We lost our heat on a Saturday. Our warranty company took a day to assign us to Martell HVAC. I got a call back from Martell fairly quickly. They sent Keith out on Sunday morning and he diagnosed the issues quickly. Keith came back with the part late Monday morning. He ran into some issues since the boiler we own is quite old. He spent the necesary time to resolve the issue so that he would not need to come back . He even recommended a couple of sevices to make things better going forward. Keith was pleasant and professional. We would recommend this company based on our experience.

Last summer Ben from Martel worked on our hot water heater. I was impressed by his ability and people skills. Based on that experience I contacted Martel again. This time we had Dylan who responded to a complicated problem professionally, patiently and capably. Based on these experiences I would seek out Martel to address any future problems. Martel replaced our very old central AC on the 2nd floor and extended it to the first floor. From day one they were wonderful. Every single person that we met was lovely. Their work is of the highest standard and the price was very fair. We are very pleased with the work and highly recommend them.

Very responsive, efficient and knowledgeable - got an appointment with very polite and informative office staffer, get helpful email notifications and confirmations about the appointment, and the tech who came really knew his stuff but also was right on the ball contacting the manufacturing/ distributor for additional info and persevered till he found and fixed the problem with our heating system. My husband and I highly recommend Martel Heating. We have lived in our home for 40 years and used another company to service our furnace, hot water heater and AC. They no longer will service because we did not buy oil from them. Martel Heating was recommended to us and we decided to give them a try. They cleaned our furnace, drained our water heater and did maintenance as well as clean our AC unit and made sure it functioned properly. We found them to be very professional, courteous and honest. The price was very reasonable and we will definately be using them to service our equipment. Anthony Soto and his team were excellent and very knowledgable for our oil furnace and water heater.

Huge thank you to the Martell team—they always show up promptly and ready to help whenever our dental office needs them. James and Will, who came out to service our AC units, were professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. They cleaned all four condenser units (with water access provided) and replaced all indoor filters. The difference is already noticeable; our space is much cooler and more comfortable.
