Coming home from Thanksgiving to a 50 degree house and below freezing temps is not ideal…Called the people who had been servicing my house the last few years and was pressured about replacing vs repairing my unit - pushed me into a finance agreement for 13k with an almost 12% interest rate. A friend recommended Matt and he came out on the holiday weekend and spent time explaining things to me, allowing me to make a totally pressure free decision.
