Instructors and team are amazing, the other club members/Pilates community is amazing.. overall a very welcoming environment. Instructors are helpful, kind, get to know the members and pay attention to their progress. Club Pilates Willoughby is a fantastic studio with stellar customer service and instructors that go beyond the word talented!! The clients along with the staff are welcoming and friendly.
