They came in to sand and finish existing hardwood floors - they did a great job and were easy to work with.We had some changes in scope on our end, and they were able to work with us to additionally repair some damaged sections of floor.I'm very happy and would hire them again!

Paulo showed up on time and gave me an estimate on the spot. The next day he and Eduardo worked the entire day and sent me pictures and videos documenting their incredible progress. Before he began, Paulo sent me information about the various types of finishes we could choose, and the pros and cons of satin vs. semigloss, etc., and helped us pick the best option. They did fantastic work, and refinished a 4000 sq ft house starting on a Friday and finishing Monday. We were given clear instructions as to how long to wait to walk on the floors (Tuesday).There was a particularly water damaged spot that Paulo warned me might require replacing boards. He quoted the additional cost of that work, but ultimately made it look perfect without replacing any boards, and did not charge me anything extra.This was an A+ job from quote to finish. They did a fantastic job on our 85 year old wood floors for a price that beat everyone else. I strongly recommend Millena Flooring. Paulo will get the job done and send you awesome videos while he’s doing it.

Paulo and Millena installed hardwood floor, carpeting, and gym floor for me in my house in Hopkinton. He was fantastic to work with throughout -- excellent communication (lots of texts exchanged), and the final product is stunning. Paulo really knows his stuff when it comes to floor.On top of all that, I was 500 miles away (hadn't moved in yet) when Paulo did the work, and he and his crew got the work done on time, on budget, and coordinated well with the other contractors I had in the house.I'll be going to Paulo and Millena for any future hardwood flooring needs.

Very impressed with Millena Flooring. We purchased a home with a dark brown stain and Millena sanded/removed the stain and refinished them beautifully with a natural finish. The home looks completely different now we couldn’t happier.Paulo was very professional, knowledgeable and just a good guy all around. Would highly recommend them and use them again.
