I called ahead and got all the detailed information I needed to be ready for our electric bike rental. I was so excited to find this service so close to home! We took the bikes from the shop to the nearby trail — it was absolutely beautiful on a crisp fall evening. The bikes worked great, and we had so much fun! I highly recommend Rock Cut E-Bikes to anyone and everyone — it’s very beginner-friendly and such a great experience overall.

All the employees are so friendly and welcoming! After dealing with all the online order scam shenanigans, I was so happy to be able to shop local and get an e-bike the same day as getting on the trails!

We rented E bikes for two hours and had so much fun we rented them for the weekend. Owner and son were so nice and willing to take time to talk to us about all things E Bikes. I had such a great experience at Rock Cut e-Bikes! Todd, the owner, was incredibly patient and welcoming. It had been years since I’d even sat on a bike, so I was definitely nervous. Todd set me up on a test ride, walked me through how to safely handle the bike, and made sure I felt comfortable on the route.The shop itself is impressive — a cool setup, great selection, and the kind of place where you know you’re in good hands. Honestly, I felt so much better going through a brick-and-mortar store than trying to figure out an e-bike purchase online by myself.If you’re even thinking about an e-bike, this is the place to go. Kudos to Todd and Rock Cut e-Bikes for outstanding customer service! 🚴

I called three times during business hours and they won't answer their phone. I left a message and they didn't call me back. they are too busy and important to give you the time of day. no way would I give them my business. at one of my old jobs, I answered 400 plus phone calls a day.. it really isn't that difficult of a concept. it's a part of doing business and the least you can provide for your customers or potential customers.

If your looking for an honest shop that stands behind their products and practices honesty and integrity then Rock Cut E bikes is NOT the business for you! Bought a new (had 33 miles on it) e bike from them and had nothing but problems -chain fell off 3x once while riding, gears don’t shift smoothly and the biggest issue of all is the battery. I called a couple times about snd e mailed and the owner was dismissive and unwilling g to try and rectify the situation. Took pictures of the battery just like he asked showing a 27% drop over just twelve miles on level 2 assist on flat pavement! Bike is supposed to get 60+ miles per manufacturer. Took the bike in where it sat for a week with no problems addresses and even after I told him I needed it for the weekend.-dropped it off Monday. Made excuses when I picked it disbelieving my pictures and account of my issues with the bike. Buyer beware you will not get satisfaction or help here! Sadly your response is all words and no action-I brought the bike to you on a Monday and e mailed you to let you know I needed it Friday. Nothing was done on it all week-I explained the derailer issue and I extensively explained the battery issue how it randomly jumps around dropping 10-15% at a time. I even explained how when it gets below 30% it completely falls off going to zero after only a couple likes. Your lack of response to these issues clearly show your lack of interest in actually making things right, standing behind what you sell or listening and believing the consumer when they tell you there are things wrong and explain what they are.

I purchased 2 Meetone Tours from another source. Been having problems for about 6 weeks. I contacted them and they where more then willing to look into and rectify the problems. They worked with Meetone for warranty work and even came to my house to pick it up. Great service great guys. They got my business from now on.

Father and son business, with awesome personalities! My wife and I purchased 2-Magicycle Ocelot 2.0 pro bikes and couldn’t be happier. They are fat tire bikes which are phenomenal on and off road and the range they are truly capable of, eliminating range worry fatigue. Although we did add a couple of C9 extra comfort saddles, the bikes are very well appointed. Don’t go the online route until you check out these guys for just pennies more. This also keeps our brick and mortar stores in our future! You guys are incredible.
