Had the pleasure of joining a training session last Friday. It was such a welcoming environment and the members are what really make this place special. Really supportive and encouraging to each other and a friendly and welcoming coach. Exercises were balanced and relevant to all. Wish I lived closer and could go more often. Thanks to the team!!

I joined tuffcore around 2 months ago and it was by far the best decision for my health and fitness journey! The entire environment, trainers and overall community is amazing! Tuffcore is not your regular PT studio, it is a community built and nurtured by Igor, Travis and Agata. A community that thrives on helping like minded women find their strengths. Tuffcore is where I learnt to enjoy exercising, the team , especially Igor, spent individual time with me every session.Even though I spent limited time with the team I feel stronger than before.
