Brightview was one of hundreds of roofing companies in the Maryland home improvement show. When Kelvin flew his drone to inspect my roof, I was very skeptical about these roofers because I had invited two of these largest roofers in the east coast to provide free estimates. I moved into my current home in 2003 and heard constant water dripping sound while raining. I believe it was time to have experts to exam our roof. But sales from both large companies never got on my roof, they looked at some nails in the attic and began a similar routine to educate me about potential issues with my roof, compare costs among many other companies, and pressure me to fix my roof right away or my roof was going to fall tomorrow. Kelvin with Brightview didn't get on my roof either but he showed some pictures and evidences about my damaged roof. He ensured me that my roof is not going to fall immediately. We discussed different means to pay for the roof replacement in a friendly conversation. He further inspected my roofs over my well and shed; both roof singles were coming off as well. It took a while and Kelvin kept communicating with me about the progress. My roofs were finally replaced in November before Winter came. Brightview did have a team of professionals handling all aspects of the project and they sealed all exposed wood Carefully. I have no doubts that my new roofs will last longer than their warranty. If you have an older roof or you see some signs of roofing issues, I would strongly recommend Brightview without any reservations.

Reasonably easy company to work with. I worked with Jonathan primarily. They dealt with the insurance company leaving us minimal to do on our end. They came with appropriate crew and got our large roof done in 2 days. Thus far all seems well with their work and follow up.

Bright View did an excellent job in identifying the roof storm damage and dealing with me and the insurance company. They made the entire process as easy as possible on my end. The entire roof had to be replaced for total of $16,000, while I only had to pay the insurance deductible of $2500. They were efficient and easy to deal with, and their work excellent and done within the proper time frame. Can easily recommend them.
