Times are hard in a microenterprise that simply HAS to find ways to trim the costs; I expected a litany of reasons why I should not downgrade my coverage, even though I am 65 & have "been around the block a couple of times".Instead, I was met with sympathy & as many variations on the policy that I was trying to explore as I requested. The response time was almost instant - there were more delays from my side as I was trying to get as meaningful cover as I could into my current meagre budget. Since I contacted them on the 29th of the month, they could have delayed until they got the new month's premium, but they did not.Attooh was going to get less premium each month, but they treated me as if I was their most important client !I shall be back.
