I’ve been to this nail salon one time before and I enjoyed my service there that I decided to return today to get a pedicure. Well I went with my friend and 3 year old AUTISTIC daughter to get pedicures. Well, my experience today was the opposite from when I came here last time. My daughter sat in the chair to get a pedicure and the nail tech put a liner on the foot bowl and started the water. My daughter was playing around with the water so the nail tech refused to do any services to my daughter. And that was OK, I had no problem with that. Once my service was completed i went to the front counter to pay. My pedicure was 35$ plus tax. They charged me WITHOUT notifying me an extra 10$ for a “nail repair”. I asked to clarify the nail repair charge and the nail tech said they had to charge me $10 for the liner and the water !!!! I told them they did not complete any services nor used any products for my daughter besides a 20 cents liner and two gallons of water. They refused to remove or lessen the charge. I am disgusted and refuse to return here again! And I will definitely NOT recommend this salon to anyone especially anyone with younger children! They were side eyeing my daughter, talking about her and completely rude! If I can give them zero stars, I would. Less

I am SCHOCKED and utterly blown away to say the least with Only You Nails in Berlin NJ. My husband recently booked me an appointment for Mother's Day this year, which was very sweet of him. Unfortunately, i had to cancel my appointment because my daughter recently passed away very tragically and just the thought of all the moms and their daughters gave me overwhelming anxiety and I couldn't make the appointment. I called more than 24 hrs ahead of time to cancel my appointment with Emily due to my personal situation. Emily berated me on the phone. She yelled at me stating I need to provide more advanced notice of my cancelation. When I did state the reason for my cancelation she absolutely heartless and continued to berate me for my cancelation. I called Tues 5/20 to speak to Judy, the Manager and was told "oh no we no know when she in next." I left my number and requested a return call. Someone did call, I was unable to answer because I was on a work call when Only You Nails called me back. They left no message and when I tried to call back I found that they blocked my number. I know this because I called from my work phone and the call went right thru. How can you run a business and claim your customers are #1 when this type of behavior happens. The least Emily could have said to me was I'm sorry for your loss. But NO I was berated by her over the phone. Judy the Manager/owner is no better because she blocked me instead of speaking to me and responding and resolving the situation. I was a returning customer for over 3 years and tipped the girls really well because they did such a great job. Well, Emily and Judy you just lost another customer. I will never step foot into your salon again! I will never refer anyone again because of the way you treat your paying customers. It's absolutely disgusting and poor business practices. I will gladly find a new nail salon and NEVER return to Only You Nails! Less
